Shipment

All paid orders are usually shipped within one work day. All orders going to Germany aswell as international customers are shipped by DHL. Orders to Austria are shipped by Post.at directly from Salzburg/Austria.

Please pay attention, that only products marked as in stock and available in the right quantity can be shipped immediatly. Especially for international orders we can only ship orders that are fully in stock. Products that are not in stock can delay your shipment significantly, as we have to order those products first from our suppliers.

Shipping costs to Germany and Austria are 4.99 EUR (incl. 19% VAT), within the European Union 11.99 EUR (incl. VAT) and Swiss, Norway, Liechtenstein, Monaco 15.99 EUR and world wide 24.99 EUR excl. VAT.

All orders outside of the European Union are shipped by DHL Premium, which is usually delivered through your national post office (like USPS in the US). The delivery time to the US is usually about 2-3 weeks, but can take longer at times (especially before christmas).
