RUDDOG RC230 Dual Channel DC Charger
The RUDDOG RC230 dual channel LiPo DC charger is a powerful and versatile charging solution that allows you to charge up to two battery packs simultaneously with up to 30A charge current. In combined SYNC mode, a maximum charge current of 50A is possible. The DC charger supports 1S to 8S LiHV/LiPo, 1 to 20 cell NiMH, and 1 to 15 cell Pb batteries, and operates with an input voltage range of 10VDC to 49VDC. A powerful discharge function enables discharge currents of up to 30A in recycle mode or 10A in normal mode.
The capacitive touchscreen display offers intuitive operation and allows monitoring of all key charger and battery parameters. With its compact dimensions, the charger is easy to store and transport, making it ideal for weekly racing use.

Firmware update guide – RUDDOG RC230
To keep your RUDDOG RC230 charger up to date and benefit from system improvements, you can easily update the firmware yourself. The charger will be recognized by your computer like a standard USB storage device.
Step-by-step guide:

Connect device: Connect the RC230 to your computer using the included USB data cable.

Drive recognition: The charger will appear as a removable drive named “RUDDOG”.

Download firmware: Download the latest upgrade file “.upga” from the official website.

Transfer file: Copy the file “.upga” to the “RUDDOG” drive.

Overwrite: Confirm replacing existing files to start the update.

Finish: Once the copy process is complete, the update is installed. Disconnect the USB cable.
Important notes:
- Use the included USB cable for data transfer.
- Do not disconnect the device during the update process.
- Ensure the file name is exactly “.upga” so the system can recognize it.
